"We have stayed here before and will stay again. The front desk was very friendly upon check-in, but hardly looked at me when I checked out. Not a problem. The bathtub had a bit of blackish between the tiles, but again, this was not a big deal. Very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel, Cassis, was very good, as was the service there. All in all, comfortable and accommodating. Will stay again."

"We spend a lot of time around Jasper area. Room was good. Some areas of room and hotel are getting a little dated. But that being said room was very comfortable. And very clean. A big plus for me now a days is a smart tv. But that is just a wish not a necessity. The hotel dining room was great as always.
