"We were in town a couple days for a wedding. The communication with Melissa was great, we had no issues accessing the property and it was setup perfect for our family of 3 littles ranging from 3-9. They loved the games and toys to play with. We didn’t have a lot of time to really enjoy the house but if we need to rent a home in OBX again we would definitely rent this one again. The house has every thing you would need for a fun beach trip. It was very clean and well appointed. "

The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower.
