"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"very poor communication, the owner's phone number is out of service and communication with expedio is bad, the air conditioning does not work and the lamps do not work and the area is not very safe. I do not recommend it"

"If you are looking to immerse yourself in culture this is the place to be. There are tons of food trucks, bakeries, fresh markets, and even a wal-mart/outlet mall nearby. The highlights: The layout of the home is perfect for individual groups. There are 3 double bed apartments on the bottom and a larger main level. The view is amazing, you are directly on the beach and the house pool is decent sized. Beds were comfy. Maintenence came a few times during our stay to mow and clean the pool. Needs...

"My husband and I travelled with my parents to spend a long weekend at Rose Nest in January. We were looking for a beautiful peaceful warm weather escape, and this absolutely nailed it. The property and view from the house are wonderful. The house and pool were very clean. The bedrooms each have individual AC units so sleeping is very comfortable. "My stay was amazing wit the host waiting for us to give us the keys and gate control. The AC on prior to us arriving. The house inside temperature was perfect. You could walk straight to the water and it is a safe place. The local were nice and you could get to places very easy. We slept with hearing the waves at night and it was soothing. We will be coming back to stay as a couple next time and recommend it if you want to have your own little beach. "
