"The home and local Rainbow Bay Beach area were great. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach and views. The downside was not much choice for food/grocery/restaurants nearby. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen and living area (twice) and maintenance didn’t feel it could be repaired and would just recommend it be replaced. "My family has always stayed on Double Bay but we tried North Palmetto and loved it better. The house is new and everything works perfectly. It is perched on a hill above the ocean with gorgeous views. Howard, the house manager, was fantastic and made sure everything was ready for us. The beach is a very protected cove die to the series of coral reefs which helped minimize waves. A friendly stingray swam with me eaxh day.
