The beach is fantastic, you feel you're on a deserted island. I 100% would go back. I have to say we dined out everywhere but the food was fabulous at their restaurant. There's plenty to do, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent, and not overpriced when compared to other resorts. "Everyone at the inn was welcoming and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer. Location is perfect, and it’s a quick, quiet, solitary walk down a hidden path/road to get to a virtually deserted beach. Idyllic. Food at the restaurant is excellent. "

"This resort reminded struck me pleasantly as a mini version of the Beverly Hills Hotel, yet meeting the pink sand beach. Upscale everything yet clearly preserving the island tranquility vibe. The staff excellent and genuinely friendly and accommodating. "

"Beautiful property on a busy street in the center of real Harbour Island. Our family of four (two adults & two teenagers) had far more space than we needed for our nearly week-long stay. The home and the gardens are stunning. The property is basically a fortress, with walls on all side, so views out are non-existent. The outdoor areas are lovely, but we found little time throughout the day & night that was quiet enough to sit out and really relax. This is an indoor experience, which is fine b/c you come here to rest and then go out and adventure. Dolce & Olga were amazing, and Pascale is a great communicator and she's very kind. Bathrooms could use a refresh, but otherwise a stunning space with beautiful art and architecture! Park your golf cart directly in front of the main entrance, and get out early b/c everything sells out fast! Bamboo House is definitely a great alternative to the resorts. "A great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. I loved that it is locally owned and staffed. The room was great. Plenty of towels and toiletries to use. The breakfast was simple by tasty. The staff was overall very friendly. We got a complimentary late check out, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the ventilation duct in the bathroom is communicated with other rooms, and you can hear conversations and noises very clearly from other rooms."
