"The hotel was a little tired - towels frayed, electric sockets not straight in the walls. The key-cards for the room-doors repeatedly failed - I took to calling at the reception desk each time I came in to get mine revalidated before going upstairs, so I wouldn't have the frustration of finding my door unopenable and having to trek downstairs again. The room windows don't tend to face outside, just into dingy internal light wells. And it could be quite loud - poor sound insulation let noise from...

"The only thing I can say that needs to be fix is the bed was very hard and was not comfortable at all but overral was great. Keep in mind is in downm town so is little bit loud."

"It was nice to have a restaurant onsite, although it was closed the first day we were there. The food was excellent and the prices very competitive. The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was comfortable. All in all, a very good stay. "
