This hotel is fun and funky. We like to stay here when we are passing through Villahermosa. There's a lot to look at and explore within the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant food is decent enough.

A lovely, grand hotel with gorgeous inner courtyard filled with hanging plants. The rooms, however comfortable, are tired and needing a bit of updating. That being said, parking was secure, our pooch had a good place to do her business, and we could walk 12 minutes to a mall where we had beers and dinner at Beer Box.

The room & front desk staff are great. The kitchen staff can NOT cook steak. Go some place else. The hotel is dated, but has beautiful architecture throughout. The water preasure is horrible and it is beside a busy street, so noisy.

El hotel en general esta bien. Solo dos cosas. El aire acondicionada olía muy muy feo, no le dan mantenimiento. Tuvimos que apagarlo. Otro inconveniente fue la actitud del personal, principalmente en el restaurant. Las meseras que atienden en el turno nocturno muy groseras, respondían gritando y aventaban los platillos. El demás personal no se alejaba mucho de este mal trato. Lastima del hotel, por que está bonito y agradable, pero la atención del personal fue terrible. Tuvimos que quedarnos otra noche en esa ciudad y buscamos otro hotel.
