"We do like this hotel, we make the drive twice a year and have made this one of trip stops for sure! The staff is friendly and mostly helpful, I know it’s not their fault but we travel with two service dogs. On the website it clearly states service animals are exempt from pet fees, however each time we get charged the pet fee. I understand I really do, but either make changes to the website or make sure your staff is aware of the service animals. Thanks "

"I’ve stayed at this place several times, I always enjoy it although room conditions may need more attention, such as broken locks or doors specially in the lower level of by the complex. Friendly and professional staff, safe facilities, I love the large green, pet friendly space surrounding the complex, overall, a great stay!"

"This place was very nice! The cleaning crew and other staff were great! I would stay there again! The restaurant service was slow and the breakfast menu never varied. The restaurant staff was very friendly!"
