"This stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comforting. The lighting in the room is very customizable and the room is well lit with both natural and aritifical light. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful as well. Location is convinient and walkable to bus stops, MRT and chinatown."

"The hotel is a little shabby but what sets it apart from other flashier hotels is the staff service in the Executive Club Lounge. Having cold non alcoholic beverages available during the day was always welcome after coming in from the heat. In the evening alcohol - wines and spirits are served between 6 to 8 pm. Different warm dishes eg prawn cutlets, chicken skewers, curry puffs together with cheese and biscuits, savoury nibbles and cakes were also supplied. What the hotel lacks in ambience however is completely overshadowed by the amazing friendly staff in the Executive Club. Agnes, Ray, Ivy, Ralph, Mei, and Desmond were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean, internet was fast and the view across the bay magnificent. The pool area lacked charm and the water was freezing. A spa would have been a welcome addition. Would I stay here again? Most definitely. "
