"WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. "It’s a cute little place run by friendly people. My room was small but clean and had everything I needed in there. The courtyard was cute and I even saw a bunny in there at one point! Breakfast was very small but tasted good. It was VERY noisy at night so definitely bring ear plugs but other than that it was a decent place right in the heart of the market area"
