"Loved our stay as a home base while in San Juan. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Great communication from host with a minor problem he helped us fix. Very close to airport which was good for us but planes do fly overhead and were noisy at times."

"The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else. "It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. "La villa es amplia, tranquila y queda a pasos de dos piscinas y la playa. Posee todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tiene estacionamiento en cualquier área del complejo. Lo único que deben mejorar es uno de los sofá cama que no se convierte en sofá porque está roto, una silla del comedor que está rota y la ducha que se queda goteando todo el tiempo. "Family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home and we fit comfortably. Host was very patient with us and responded quickly with any questions I had through email, text and call. Back yard is even better in person than in pictures. It does not have central air throughout the home but that was not an issue.
