The good: Home is in a beautiful location, tons of privacy and very spacious. The pool was amazing and plenty of body towels were provided. The property manager was very responsive with all questions and needs. The not so good: The beds are NOT king sized, they are queen. Half of the windows do not close, therefore rendering the air conditioner in the main bedroom...

"The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. "The hacienda is even more beautiful in person. You are literally in the tree tops and views are gorgeous. The inside of the house was very clean, the beds not so comfortable, I tried 2 beds. The bedroom outside was scary and no one wanted to sleep in it( looks like a shack) that was unfortunate because it looks nothing like the peaceful exotic pictures it portrays . The pool is a nice area (needs better upkeep overall) we arrived on Friday and the pool didn’t get cleaned until Monday, we left...
