"We stayed in late Oct 2024. Cabin is older, but very clean. Was a bit chilly in the main room in the evenings (temps in low to mid 40’s); the heaters seemed to have some trouble keeping up. There is a wood burning fireplace in the main room which would have helped, I’m sure, but we were just there in the evenings and didn’t go to the trouble to build a fire. "Gorgeous setting in the woods! Wonderful craftsmanship! You have to spend time looking around the cabin to appreciate everything it has to offer. It was extremely clean and so very comfortable! Full of amenities, stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, games, and toys. Comfy beds. Plenty warm in the middle of winter. Short drive anywhere on the peninsula. A ton of care was put into building it, take care when staying here and keep it beautiful!"
