"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options...

"Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA"
