"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. "I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! "This hostel is 2 mins walk from metro station, surrounded with many restaurants, coffee shops and a big Seoul Forest Park, the ambience is cozy and chill which you can feel another side of Seoul. We rented a private room with a private bathroom which was nice, clean and quiet though not very big. They also have a common kitchen for cooking and eating, provided with free water and tea which is a credit. Their rooftop is spacious and good for reading and chatting. Their host is super nice...

"It was close to Coex where I had the conference. The place was clean and adequate. The cafe was closed with nobody informing of that issue until I asked. The gym should be open 24hrs and it's not. Nobody cleaned the room nor did they bring new towels during my four night stay. I took a short to get dry cleaned and asked to be folded and brought to my room and neither of those two things happened."

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel.
