"Had a wonderful stay here. Nice room with a lot of space and a view of the river and huge cherry blossoms below in the park. Really friendly staff, front desk staff were super friendly and cleaner always smiling. Gym equipment could do with maintenance, but apart from that everything was great. Would definitely stay here again if staying in the Gangnam area. "

"5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff all spoke english and were helpful with all my questions. I had to extend my stay two more nights due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accommodating. They also helped me navigate the airport limo bus back to the airport on my last day. "Staff is very nice but when I first got there I felt like I was walking in an uncomfortable corner. That being said it's close enough to JamsilJanae station for subway access. Hotel is technically a motel by the way. In case you need services or delivery that requires a reputable hotel. "We booked 2 rooms for a family trip, as a graduation gift to our son and his girlfriend. The hotel is perfectly situated!!! Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!! The rooms were very clean and the products were very good (on par, if not better than Aesop)."
