Check-in process seemed a bit rigid... Elevators can be very slow. Suite was quite sound and light proof and included well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer so pretty useful if you want to diy it. Convenient location.

I had a 2 bedroom and absolutely love it..had all the convenience of home with a full kitchen and washer/dryer but the added bonus with a daily cleaning and full hotel amenities. There was plenty of food option and shopping right below the hotel so you would not have to venture outside if it's too cold. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back

COEX is very accessible from Airport and samseong station offers great connectivity. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Good for business meetings

Almost everything about this hotel was excellent EXCEPT for parking (self-parking). The parking space was not sufficient and it was at times difficult to find a spot. Otherwise, you must pay about $20-25 for valet parking

The Oakwood is a residence hotel. I had stayed here before, and the experience was the same: a top-level hotel with nice amenities. The room was big and even had a washing machine. Recommend to anyone with an extended stay.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. Knowing that we are celebrating a special day, he even upgraded our room, which I am grateful for. It was very satisfactory to stay in this hotel. We are definitely coming back!
