When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. Even though this location is in between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the 15-minute or so walk from the home to the Fusa train station is doable. You just have to make sure with the train schedule that you are able to catch the last train back from Tokyo to Fusa at night.
