"We loved how this is genuinely a family friendly trip. We didn't feel uncomfortable with our kids having fun. There's good soundproofing between the rooms, the only place there's a tiny bit of noise leakage is through the door which is very normal in any hotel! We had fun in the swimming pool and the breakfast had a good selection so the kids enjoyed it and that made our lives easier. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and good with kids. We found the location perfect for day trips to BeWilderwood, Roarr and about 40mins to see the seals on the beach. There's a new bug zoo nearby too and Norwich castle but we didn't make it there. We had a brilliant time."

"The hotel is good, food is amazing. The stool for the desk is broken so I had to work sitting on the bed, the tv has no signal unless you want to watch bbc1, tried retuning it but still nothing. "
