"ステキなホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も良く、お料理も大変美味しかったです。 特に蛤と舞茸の土瓶蒸しが絶品でした。 いくらをのせたご飯も美味しかったです。 息子が白米を食べたいと、最後におにぎりをお願いしたら、快く握っていただき、これがとても美味しかったと言ってました。 おすすめのお土産を尋ねたら、親切に教えていただき、対応していただいた女性のスタッフの笑顔の対応が良かったです。 機会があったら、また、宿泊したいです。"

"部屋は広々としてゆったりできた。食事も十分な量で味も良かった。野菜ソムリエの女性が周ってきて説明をしてくれて、一層食材への関心が高まった。夕食前のウエルカムドリンクや無料バーラウンジなど、工夫されていて飽きずに過ごせた。 一方、気になったのは、廊下の声がかなり部屋の中にいても聞こえて夜中は少し気になったこと・貸切露天風呂の脱衣所が暖房が無くとても寒かったこと・駐車場が除雪されていなかったことなど。"

"The worst experience for check in as they messed up our booking - wrong unit number and code were informed, and it was for another Rakuten stay, not this facility! The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago. Too many huge bugs in the balcony, lots were dead already but not cleaned… narrow parking area and the aisle "
