"A modem building but designed as a traditional riad in a pleasant residential area near the centre of town We had a presidential room large colourful with sofa etc very comfortable and quiet The al fresco roof area is lovely with comfortable sofas and the area for the great breakfasts Emile and Michelins the French owners are delightful and can not do enough for you Arranging airport transfers day trips a great hamman and massage In summary far exceeded expectations which were great anyway "

"We were a group of classical musicians rehearsing in the Riad. It was the most perfect experience. The place is superb, well equipped and with a fantastic kitchen. The gardens and terraces a tranquil oasis with space for all. Mohamed greeted us beautifully and was at the end of a single phone call for any small issues. Never too intrusive but always helpful. We are so grateful to have had the chance to live in such a special house. Thank you."

"Just back from what we can only describe as a true Moroccan experience! Facilitated by Florence and fantastic team at Villa d’Hossoun. We were well looked after as soon as we stepped off the plane, with a comfortable transfer taking us to our stunning villa. The villa, that was run in-conjunction with the Hotel d’Hossan, gave us the privacy of vacationing in our own private accommodation but with the benefits of staying at a hotel. "The manager and his assistant were extremely welcoming and helpful. Linked us up with a fun, English speaking guide who gave us a wonderful 3 hour tour with lots of information about the town and area. Very nice room, looking out over pool. Clean, great bed, shower. Lovely breakfast on the roof top terrace. . Parking on street in front of riad.Short walk to the "big square"."

Book it!

"Three bedroom apartment was excellent - best thing I did was to book this last minute, amazing price, all new, absolutely spotless eateries all around, 24 hour shop next to it that also sells bakery items. We paid a little old man 20 dirhams to park at the side of the hotel - very safe. Staff were also lovely and super helpful - printed our boarding passes for us at no cost, cleaning staff also lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I were ever to return, this is where I would stay without a doubt."
