"The four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids- had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cool and had a great kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach. We rented beech chairs, surf and boogie boards and a bike. The kids had a great time in the water. The turtle tour was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was perfect, centrally located and had everything you need for vacation. We were concerned about the corner location on the busy road as mentioned in other reviews but it was absolutely fine. A little noise here and there but never woke us up or was a bother, rather it added to our experience of a bustling foreign getaway. We used a fan that drowned out 99% of the noise. "This is a nice, clean, quiet condo outside of town. You do have to be on top of it because ants will come if you leave a crumb out. The pool is quite nice and the view is beautiful. The water pressure isn’t great. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived. The property manager got it fixed by the next day but it still wasn’t fast enough for my husband to take video calls (we are on an extended trip so he is working on the go). "Maria was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo has great views and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and AC can cool it down in the evening. Close to the beach but there is a good hill to climb on the way back up. Easy to walk to restaurants in town via the beach if interested. Guards at the property are awesome but don't speak much english so bring a Spanish speaker if possibe. Nice and quiet as well with posted quiet hours. We'll be back."

"This apartment and property are well cared for, secure and a short walk down a road to the beach. The apartment has gorgeous views in the main area and primary bed room. There is a river crossing from this section of the beach as well as it is a little far from the main section of town which is great if you want a quieter place to stay but does require a vehicle or quite a walk to get to the restaurants and shopping."

"Overall, the location was perfect for what we wanted. Super quiet neighborhood only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The highlight was the caretaker Hans though. He checked in on us multiple times throughout our stay and sheets/towels were swapped out mid-week. The place had everything that we needed. Only used the A/C at night and it stayed cool throughout the day. Great pool area with jacuzzi."

"This is the perfect place for a family vacation. The condo was clean, although there was a bit of a smell from being closed up for a bit, but that faded over the week. We did have a few crab and spider friends surprise us in the shower a few mornings, but that's to be expected! The location is close enough to town- you can walk to Olga's and La Luna in ten minutes by walking along the beach, and it is quiet enough to hear the monkeys and birds in the trees in the morning. "Had a wonderful experience at Residencias Samara. A stones throw away from everything in Samara, bakeries, restaurants, beach, activities, swimming and live music. Rooms are well equipped clean and spacious. Fans and AC work well. Kitchen well appointed. Shower had plenty of hot water. Laundary facilities provided. Pool was great and staff was great for arranging activities and giving useful advice. Would highly recommend this location. "
