"The house was a wonderful way for my family and I to spend a week down the shore. We were traveling with a newborn and a toddler, along with our two dogs and the house had everything we needed and more for a smooth stay. The backyard is stunning and my toddler never wanted to come inside she enjoyed it so much. The memories we made in this beautiful home were impeccable, thank you Lino and family for being a wonderful host. "

"This house is as advertised. Clean with lots of amenities and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. I especially liked that there were plenty of plates, cups, forks, etc in the kitchen and more than enough beach towels to go around. In the room with the bunk bed, there's also a trundle bed for kids who might be afraid of falling out of a regular bed. Great experience! Obviously, you pay for the luxury. There were multiple additional fees that popped up before payment was finalized...

"This super cozy beach cottage was the perfect house for my friends and I. The back patio is so serene, right on the water and the perfect view for the sunset. We spent most of our time out back and didn’t want to leave! Matt was incredibly responsive and such a pleasure to book with. The house was clean and ready for us with beach tags, games, and chairs. We truly couldn’t have picked a better place!"

The location is perfect, and the owners provided an incredible selection of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys) including a nice wagon for the short (~8 min) walk to the beach. The house was in good condition, and there was plenty of space for our two families to spread out. Point Pleasant Beach has everything you could want for a summer family vacation and this house made it easy and fun to enjoy it all. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. "

"This house has an absolutely gorgeous view from its huge oceanfront deck. Spacious, clean and with easy access to a beautiful beach. The kitchen, dining room and living room all have a lovely view of the ocean. Beach chairs and outdoor shower were enjoyed by all."
