"A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon. "

"We spent Father’s Day weekend with family and friends in Puerta Cortes. We have stayed many times in Las Colinas, but we chose this house because we like the floor plan and bedroom configuration. It accommodated 2 families very comfortably. I like that the master is upstairs so much children didn’t have to go up or down stairs like some of the other floor plans. "The location was perfect, a short drive to the malecon or easy walk, plenty of restaurants, authentic home and decorating with a welcoming host. Definitely recommend for those wanting the opposite of an “all-inclusive” experience. "

"Immaculately clean and well-appointed property in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Note the beautiful pool in the photo is not heated and therefore not usable when we went in January. However, the beach club pool is heated. "
