"Visited NYC many times but downtown is kinda cool and away from the hustle & bustle of mid and uptown. Hotel is great and good value for money. The only negative is they need more lifts. It was a nightmare at times to get one but being in floor 41 there were no other options lol"

"Sante was wonderful at check in, storing our bikes and at check out! King sized bed was comfy, room very small, nice bathroom / shower. All very clean. Complimentary Wine 5 - 7. continental breakfast had excellent choices and we were able to sit on outdoor patio on 2nd floor to enjoy our meal and people watch. "

"We were struggling to figure out the airport shuttle but Douglas was extremely patient and very helpful, returning our many calls trying to figure out directions! Awesome customer service, I would have been fed up with us. The room was also very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. "

"The co-worker who help is at check in he was so amazing, patience, professional and his customer service skills where through the roof. We only saw him during his afternoon shift when we would come back to the hotel and he would be all cheery and ask how was your day, did you guys enjoy it.
