"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"Very Nice property and great location. Clean and modern with comfortable beds and large enough space. Only 2 small complaints. 1. The bath towels are very small and thin. Not the same level that you would find in a hotel, they are just a little larger than a hand towel. 2. And another problem that I have been censored to mention."

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. Given the fact that it is located in an average Japanese neighborhood and not close to any hotel zone, there are no eateries in the area and all food has to be brought in from elsewhere and/ or prepared on site. "The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay."

"Location of this wonderful western style hotel, adjacent Yamashita park and short walk to China Town, was a bonus. The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher. Five star accommodation that lives up to its reputation. "

"10 min walk to Yokohama Station, not an issue if travelling light. Comfortable bed, clean facilities, nice amenities, convenient coin laundry, enjoyed the public bath. Only thing is I wish we had 2 keys so my roommate didn't have to come along or wait in the room to open the door when I wanted to go to the bath, for example. The key is required to have power in the room. Maybe they would have given me an extra if I asked? Anyway, perfect and affordable stay. Friendly staff."

"One can’t go wrong as the hotel is conveniently located & to top it all their free to & fro shuttle service from Gora station & the hotel is just ideal for exploring the sites in the vicinity. Highly recommend as the staff is very polite, kind & helpful. "

"Great stay with second to none hospitality and service. Hotel is located directly connected to the Queen's Court/Plaza and plenty of dining and shopping options in the immediate area. Nearly everything is within walking distance to include subways and the train station. Hotel does have parking available. Highly recommended. "
