"….and that’s exactly what we did! Our stay was better than hoped in celebrating my birthday. My fiance took me to a place he described as majestic and that it is. We could have stayed in town but the true experience of Ely was here. The sunrise and sunset out our window was magnificent! Living of the needs in life made it that more memorable. The house was the ideal size, isolated enough but close enough to Ely or Tower if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, long weekend. "We had a super relaxing time at Northwind Lodge. Our cabin was right on the water and very private. The allowed use of the pontoon and the kayaks/canoes was a nice touch. This is a very vintage and laid back experience which is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay again."
