"Checkin at 15:00. Room was not ready. I speak fluent Portuguese. The doormen told me they were cleaning the apartment would take 30 mins to complete. At 15:40asked the doormen to call the apartment, they did an no one answered. I then asked one doorman to go to the apartment. He did. When he returned he claimed the apartment was clean. I asked how he knew as he had no key. He said he saw it through the keyhole! Does this mean they watch me through the keyhole?!? Anyhow, as this was...

"Very modern and beautiful property, fantastic location with beautiful ocean view. The bedroom was not the street side so it’s nice and quiet. We had a little difficult time at checking in since the front desk didn’t speak English, but we had a local friend helped us. "

"I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out. The kitchen didn't have enough tools for cooking and for a family of five, the pots and the frying pan were too small. Consider...

"The unit was safe, quiet, and had a lot of things to do in the area. The 24 hour doorman/security staff was also very nice. Unfortunately, the unit was infested with cockroaches (many of all sizes every day throughout the entire stay, not just one here and there). Also several items were either broken (e.g., window shades) or very old (e.g., bedding). I mentioned the infestation issue to the rental staff on site , however based on the response I am not overly optimistic it will be resolved...

"The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. They didn’t leave a single bar of soap. The towels were stained and they need to be replaced immediately. The mattress was in poor...

"A estadia foi otima! Ainda fomos surpreendidas porque achamos que o apartamento tinha apenas um quarto mas são dois, otimo para viajar em grupos de 4 ou casais! "I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. Jonatan was also very nice, always saying hi and asking us if we needed anything. Everyone in the reception area was helpful. I needed to print something and they helped me with the matter. The room was kept clean and house keeping was great! Overall I think it’s an excellent hotel. I wished the pool was bigger but there’s a beach right across the street so that’s not a problem. I will definitely stay here again and I’m so happy I picked this property. It’s also centered where there’s restaurants and establishments all around. I will suggest to book the breakfast because it was so good and worth it (in my opinion). Honorable mention to Mayra who checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Also to Jonatan. Marcos helped us with our luggage and he was nice as well. Stay here for a pleasant experience! "
