"Our checkin experience was great. Jo was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Actually, everyone was friendly. The hotel was within 5-10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Nice breakfast with nice variety of foods and drinks.Nice size room. Bed comfortable. Couch and footstool worn and in need of recovering or replacement. Adequate amount of electrical outlets and chargers. "

"The customer service was excellent…the GM reached out the morning of our stay to confirm we booked a ‘smoking’ room (we didn’t mean to, and she switched us to a non-smoking room). The room was also very spacious compared to similar rooms in other hotels. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was very basic (e.g., bagels, instant oatmeal, waffle maker)…no eggs/sausage, no yoghurt, no fresh fruit. "
