"We had a great 2 weeks stay at this lovely lodge. We were really pleased with the whole experience from start to the end. Michelle and Ian were very hospitable and they arranged everything for us with the most efficient and effective way. The lodge is situated within a beautiful location with stunning views at the Holy loch. We enjoyed lovely dinners at the balcony even when it was raining! Overall very comfortable and clean, nothing missed -we had all amenities required handy for an easy and...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with a dog. The garden was large and very suitable for children and pets, and ideal for outside activity - play, relaxing and eating. The location was perfect, with beautiful views, close to safe walks, and exploring the shore, as well as being just a 15 minute drive from the town of Dunoon with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and shops."

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although apart from salt, pepper and cooking oil there were no other basics such as tea and coffee.Communication with the owner was excellent. It was easy to park in front of the property. It might not suit those with mobility issues as the (internal) stairs to the property are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. "

Great Hotel, Easy Walk to Airport

"We stayed for one night because we were flying out the next day. Not only was it extremely convenient to the Glasgow airport (an easy 2-minute walk to the terminal), the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also ate dinner at the hotel and the food was good and reasonably priced."
