"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"They told us there were no taxis in the area but we found out later on there were taxis in the area as we got a phone number later on. We have to hussle with the luggages up the stairs in the city making it very hard in our luggages and ourselves which they got really wet as it was raining. "The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. It was very dirty with the previous guest drinks glasses and cigarette stubs and vapes left by the pool. The hob won't light so we...
