"The resort is located in a great location with plenty of parking along the main road directly outside the apartments. Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000. A bit Cheaper than equivalent in Arcs 1950 but definitely a step down in quality, service and facilities. "
