The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. "The hotel is really well placed next to Chamonix Sud bus station, to connect to Geneva airport and all the skibusses. The Spa is lovely, although another hot-tub would not go amiss. The room was quite small and not well appointed, even though we did not book the cheapest. The breakfast was wonderful overall, great choices, except for the coffee which was very poor. "

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "
