"Such a lovely hotel and the room was much bigger than expected - the balcony was also huge! Reception staff were always so happy to help and extremely friendly. Kitchen was brilliant in the room and we had the pool to ourselves three nights in a row. Would definitely go back. Only downside was the bath plug didn’t seal so would drain. Not a big issue. "

"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. "Superbe emplacement au pied des pistes et à côté du petit village belle plagne ! Cependant les logements devrait être rénové (exemple moquette au sol) et pas assez de prises dans la chambre par exemple. Mais l’emplacement et l’accueil sont parfaits. "

"We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. "

"Worst ever experience. Never stay here again. They are thieves and always look for over charge the customers. They accused of stealing items from the property that we putted on the cleaning bag. So beware of the this disgusting holiday company."

"The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing "
