"We rented this cute home which was centrally located, had river access and allowed our dogs. The place was great and well appointed. Abbey was sooooo responsive to all of our needs!! She returned our texts very quickly and even delivered a new coffee maker to us when we realized that there was no carafe for the existing coffee maker. The location adjacent to the river was perfect and even managed a fire in the backyard fire pit for which there was ample firewood supplied. I would not hesitate...

"Beautiful home. Great location! Two bathrooms downstairs and none upstairs was the biggest surprise along w having to empty the dehumidifier 2-3 times per day to avoid the musty smell. Kitchen, living area and deck are the “golden nuggets” but there are a few loose boards on deck that should be taken care of asap, my husband lost his footing close to the stairs which could have been disastrous for someone else. "Place was extremely clean and we loved the peacefulness of the area. Our dog loved the river across the street. It was so easy to drive to North Conway, and many of the mountains in the area for hiking. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to return."
