"To be exact, this review should really be for the Hey Hotel as I got upgraded to a family room, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short, I originally had a reservation at an apartment but as I misunderstood the check-in time, I had to scramble to book one night stay at The Guesthouse since we arrived late at around 11pm. The Guesthouse/Hey Hotel is probably the one of the very few that could accommodate late check-in. My family was pleasantly surprised to be informed by Arnis that we got upgraded. As it was quite late at night already and we have been on the train pretty much whole day, this was certainly a much welcomed gesture. The room was very spacious and clean"

"This was our second time staying at Youth Hostel Interlaken, and once again, it did not disappoint. The hostel is clean, modern, and offers great value for money. It’s affordable and incredibly convenient—located just a short walk from the Interlaken Ost train station, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the region. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. We especially appreciated the comfortable common areas and the breakfast that’s included in the stay. We’d definitely come back again!"
