"The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again! "

"Our stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean with all the expected amenities. Our only issue with the hotel was the shower. It was over the bath and not easy to turn around for a normal shower. I am not a large person and could not imagine how someone who was large would manage."
