This property was run down & not clean. Our shower had mold & mildew. The shower curtain was disgusting. We were afraid to use the shower. We would have checked out but were traveling with a baby & it was inconvenient to move again to another hotel. The property is way too pricey for the product

Easy check in. The room was comfortable but wished it had more electrical outlets & convenient light switches. Location was excellent as there were a lot of restaurant options & close to the Interlaken West train station. Nice overlooking the park where the paragliders land. Staff were great & helpful.

The hotel does not look like the old photos. This hotel seems to be owned by the Chinese restaurant or the Indian restaurant in front of it. The room was fine and fairly clean, the grout on the shower walls needs a going over with a toothbrush, but everything else was fine. The hotel decor and the street it’s located on do not give a Swiss feel. I was disappointed, I wanted to feel like I was in Switzerland. They have feather pillows and comforters with no allergen alternatives.

very old property. old dirty linens and shower curtains. shower area was hardly 2 ft x 2 ft . cannot move in the shower without touching either walls or the shower head. does not have air conditioner. gave old fans to ventilate.

Entry to property difficult to find. Room was clean but outdated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom lighting less than average. Shower surround less than average. Beds were ok, but not great. Area around hotel seems nice, and close to the "strip"

Everything is within walking distance from this property. The directions for the washer and dryer need to be updated. We did one load of laundry and it took 5 hours to wash and dry.

The sanitation situation is very poor, the room isn’t clean obviously they didn’t do a cleaning after the last guest checked out. The hotel should do a better job for the price they charge for the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Upon entering, the room/beds seemed fine, however when we entered the bathroom, it appeared to be in very poor condition, the blow dryer didnt work, and overall just unclean. The weather was also quite hot, and there was just one small handheld fan, which did not suffice for our whole family throughout the room. The bedsheets also had stains, and the room was not cleaned daily. It took two request and two day to have the room cleaned. I wouldn't recommended this hotel.

It was a non smoking room with balcony, previous client smoked in room, there was smoke smell, in room, food smell in hallways. Hot, no AC, 1 floor fan and 1 table fan. Room was spacious but bathroom pretty small. Staff helpful with most things when asked. Noisy at night since there are restaurants on the street level. Location convenient for public transit.
