"This might be our favourite hotel in Alberta. They staff are phenomenal. Polite, kind, helpful, accommodating. Check in via the email I got was a breeze. They held our luggage for a few hours, and allowed us a late check out in the morning. Breakfast is 10/10 and goes until 10 am. We really appreciate that! The room photos are deceiving. While it's not a great colour choice (all the brown) the rooms are new and modern. Some of the photos look like the rooms are drab and old. That's not the case. The pool is clean and in good repair. There are so many awards posted at the front desk and in the lobby. They've earned each one. I hope they treat their staff well. We will definitely be back! "
