"Check in was efficient the receptionist on duty upon our arrival was most helpful even getting us some more pillows and a kettle for the room. Comfortable stay for a two night trip. It is about a 45 minute walk from the airport so would recommend a bus or taxi. Bus is cheaper, taxi is expensive for a short trip to airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from nearest train terminal and metro link. "

"We encountered a hiccup at check-in when we were assigned an uncleaned and potentially occupied room. However, after that initial hiccup, our stay was very positive. "Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, helpful We had an issue with our room at 10pm on a Friday, went down to the reception and within 10 mins we were packing up and moving to an upgraded room. Would recommend splashing out for a suite as you get free drinks from the bar as well as free breakfast. Tiny bit of marking on the industrial-style concrete wall but the bathroom, bedding and floor was absolutely spotless Great drinks in the bar, breakfast also very good but badly layed out meaning...
