"Great, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Great breakfast. Option to upgrade to the teahouse next door. The only thing they don’t provide is body lotion in the bathroom, luckily we brought our own. Other than that I would recommend "

"It was fine except that the thermostat in our room didn’t actually do anything. It wasn’t until we spent 2 cold nights that we realized it wasn’t actually working. There were heaters in the closet. Is that why they were there? If it didn’t actually work we should have been informed when we check in and then we would have used the heaters. "

"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. "We arrived a little early from the ferry and they let us check in which we really appreciated. We found the room to be clean comfortable and well appointed including a bar fridge microwave and safe. The linens wer fresh and clean and the mattresses were comfy and not too hot. The pillows were also just perfect for me as a side sleeper. The parking was a little pricey but convenient. And the harbour views spectacular. Great hotel. Can’t wait to come back "
