"Just an overnight stay after visiting nearby Kerville. Literally just down the street from the James Avery store (which was on our itinerary). Clean property with classy touches all around. Not a large rental space, but plenty of room for our party of five. Would definitely consider Staying at this property in the future."

"Some of the pros of staying are:Kids had a great time. Loved staying near the river where the kids had easy access to kayaking and paddle boards. They also loved having the ability to fish whenever they wanted. The cons were: The inability to have a fire at night in a fire pit, it was chilly at night. We also felt like we were being watched. There is a house that sits right next door and it would be impossible to have any privacy if they had been home or would come outside. We appreciate the...

"My sis and uncle wanted to do a trip to Kerrville for the last 15 yrs or so. I found many VRBOs available in Kerrville. When I stumbled upon this one, I struck gold ! Gorgeous remodeled ranch home with an apartment attached on top. Awesome view of the river and kayaks available as well (which we took advantage of). "This is our 3rd time staying at this home. Very peaceful property. Great private fishing away from city lights to enjoy the stars at night. Lots of room to enjoy outdoor activities with the family. I do wish there was a bit of shade down by the river as that is where we spend most of our time. Overall, our family really enjoys staying at this home. "
