I had such a great stay! My room was so nice and I was able to park right outside. The bed was super comfy and I had great channel options to watch a few movies and a comfortable sitting area.

We booked the large king bed room for 1 night. A noticeable odor permeated the room which I recognized as dirty AC filters. I cleaned the filters and we decided to stay. During the night we were assaulted by the aroma of cigarettes. The front door had weatherstrip that was missing, allowing outside air to flow right in.

It is a oler holtel but as for cleaning they have dine good. I love pool in center of hotel, the area around the hotel very nice tres shaded almost feeling like ob the river camping. Parking could be a lot better too tight doors get dinged cannot unload easy need to repaint car spaces for 3xtra room

The pool area was lovely. Our 2-bed room was HUGE, with 2 full bathrooms. The lobby was lovely, and the breakfast area was easy to use. Behind the property was a wooded area with a creek. Our room had a nearly fullsize refrigerator. Many cabinets and furniture for storage. A family could live here. With the hide-a-bed sofa, this room could sleep 6. This hotel offers smoking rooms, a rare feature in the 21st century but needed by many, including my sister. We felt quite spoiled, but didnt pay premium rates.

2nd year in a row staying here. Its good for shelter. Cricket season is here and they were everywhere. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. This is about the standard of Kerrville hotels.
