"We stayed early Jan 2025. Spent a half day on the ski hill. Not to far and nice warm place to come back to after braving the cold with the kids. We found the Tummel House to be what we expected. Only thing that we wished was on-site was a first-aid kit and I must have misread the ad because I thought there was a wood fireplace (they have an older electric one which the kids liked reading in front of. The four 2nd floor bedrooms and large dinning room table close to the kitchen were exactly what we needed for our family.Owners seemed nice and the check in process was really easy. We appreciated that someone thought to leave out 1 extension cord with power already to it for our van. When we arrived around 11:30pm. I would indeed recommend this home for a winter rental.
