"The property was in a generally good state of repair and presentation, with the only area in need of attention being the shower cubicle . The dining area in the kitchen was tight for four adults. However, most things are provided and to a good standard. The garden room was a nice bonus and the off road parking was necessary as the road was quite narrow. "The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the views are spectacular. Prices for eating are very reasonable. Easy to go for long walks on the promenade or the beaches. Close to other amenities, shops, etc. Surrounded by lovely countryside to go exploring."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast time, were especially helpful as I have mobility issues. The breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of choice. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the centre of Lancaster as well as on the lovely river side walk. We would definitely stay there again. "
