"All was very well, with exception of elevators. Due to a guest becoming stuck between floors overnight, the fire department disabled all elevators, which is understandable. It would have been very helpful if there had been signs posted at each floor to inform guests that they would need to use the stairs. "

However, I would have liked to see a few more amenities or options for activities within the hotel, as we were somewhat limited due to the weather.
