"Great location, kitchen fully stocked with every utensil, kitchen gadget, and accessory imaginable; refrigerator smaller than advertised. Bathroom has every amenity one may need; hair dryer, nice towels, great shower, shower gel, etc. Great old bedroom; living room furniture rather sparse, could use a table lamp and cozy reading chair. Other than that issue, very enjoyable stay. "

"The Mt Whitney View Home was recently remodeled and it was perfect for our small group of 4 friends adventuring in Death Valley. The location was a bit of a drive to some of the features of the park, but then again, everything is a bit of a drive surrounding DV. The location is very well suited for adventuring the area around DV as well. I would stay here again 10/10."

"The Lonewest is a fabulous property with unobstructed and unbeatable views! The quiet and watching the wildlife was thoroughly enjoyable. We made use of the huge two-person tub right off the deck. Fun hiking very close. The host is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend!"
