Obligés de changer de chambre car la climatisation ne marchait pas. Climatisation et réfrigérateur très bruyants. Motel vieillissant. De plus, Indépendance est un village déserté, continuez jusqu’à Bishop.

Motel am Ende der Welt aber völlig ok
Independence liegt einfach ein bisschen am Ende der Welt, so fühlt sich der Ort auch an - dafür war das Motel aber in Ordnung, vielleicht ein bisschen altmodisch aber absolut sauber. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer (sogar mit Essitsch-Ecke), ein bequemes Bett und die Dame beim Check in war sehr nett. Vielleicht war es ein bisschen teuer für das was man bekommt, aber prinzipiell war es völlig ok.

Motel is right on busy highway. lots of traffic noise. room was clean but small & crowded. Town is depressed & only found 1 restaurant for dinner & 1 for breakfast. Wouldn't stay there again.

Sind auf unserer Amerikareise für eine Nacht in diesem Motel eingecheckt. Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Zimmer etwas klein aber ausreichen. Zimmer, Bett und Handtücher waren sauber. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren Funktionstüchtig und ausreichend sauber. Für eine Nacht OK.

Small Jem in Independence
This small but comfortable room had everything I needed for a quick vacation - TV, wifi, coffee and a hot shower. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. The price for the room was very reasonable, especially compared to nearby Lone Pine. I look forward to staying here again.
