"The staff here were absolutely amazing. We showed up pretty early, 930am~ and even though they couldn't make early check-in happen for us, busy weekend multiple conferences and other events going on, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. "The staff was amazing for a mother and son traveling for the first time. I wish the pool had been warmer but my son loved it. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return when and if we travel to pittsburgh again. "

"Omar only needed to spend a night because we were driving from New York City to Indianapolis. It was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, though I would’ve liked some more option like fruit. The only bad thing was the elevator because somehow it felt colder than the rest of the building. I don’t know if it because of the outside weather, but something should be done about it. "

"Overall we had a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night as a way to avoid early morning travel because my wife was having surgery today and we live a few hours away. Only complaints are the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower door leaked, and the parking lot was icy and didn't look like anything had been done to it at all."

"I travel to visit family and chose to stay here with my 5 kids. The bnb we had was perfect and cute. We all fit and had enough space to have for our own. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in instead of wasting money on take out the whole trip. We were able to sit down together and eat.
