"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

"Myself, husband, sister, and two children (9 and 10) spent 5 fantastic nights in this apartment and it was a highlight of our 11 day trip to Germany. Rothenburg is more beautiful than any of the photos I’ve ever seen and this apartment was a perfect complement to our time here. Great choice close to the train station and city

"Great hotel conveniently located with an excellent breakfast! For dinner we went to the restaurant next door and it was delicious. It’s part of the hotel but you access from the outside. Comfortable rooms with a great bathtub and shower. Slept so well and would definitely return!"

"My husband and I, along with our kids ages 16 & 18, stayed at the hotel for one night during our road trip through Germany in May 2023. It’s been almost 2 years now and our family still talks about this hotel. We arrived later than expected but the staff were fantastic. They gave us a section right off of the kitchen. We absolutely LOVED it. We cannot wait to return and will be requesting the same sleeping quarters. "

"Sehr freundlicher Service, schönes Zimmer, super leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück und auch das Restaurant ist top. Moderne gemütliche Wohlfühl-Einrichtung, schöne Sauna, kostenfreie Parkplätze und das wunderschöne Schwäbisch Hall in der Nähe. Das Panorama Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert."

"The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"
