"A comfortable and practical house centrally located in Ars en Re, everything is in walking distance. The house is well equipped and would easily accommodate 4 people. Slight shame that bedrooms look out on parking area. Ars is a lovely village with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and it’s a great base for exploring the island. We hired bikes and spent a very happy week cycling to lovely beaches, spotting birds and eating oysters! Wyatt our contact was friendly, helpful and responsive."

"We stayed here in late May and the property and location exceeded our expectations. Nathalie was very communicative and welcoming. The villa was spacious, clean, well stocked with all the necessary utensils crockery and appliances you need. The layout of the rooms was great for us giving everyone thier own space and our kids really enjoyed the pool. "This fabulous historical home was in a perfect location to access all of the old town and central locations of Saint Martin de Re and yet on a quiet street that isolated us from the noise. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very kind. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early. We had a superb time visiting with them and getting to know the history of their home and the area. We were very comfortable.and would stay here again on a return trip to Saint Martin."

"Great lace with just a couple of down points. The listing said , Parking and Garage. There was no parking and the garage was used for storage ( bikes, bins etc). Just a ecouple of minor issues with a roof leak and a roof timber and one of the bikes being in need of repair. but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the facilities. It is a lovely island. And we will probably come again. Anne, was extremely helpful and welcoming."

"The house was exactly what we were looking for: 3 bedrooms with one on the main floor for grandma; 2 bathrooms (one on each floor); a well-equipped and clean kitchen; and laundry equipment. The outdoor space was wonderful: spacious with flowering bushes and quiet. It was steps away from an Intermarché and other businesses (pharmacy, bike rentals, decathlon), while being on a quiet street. Will rent it again if we come back to this area."

"The cottage is so perfectly located, just two minutes walk to the stunning beach. A fifteen minute walk to the lighthouse where there is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The St Clement The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you need!! Facilities at the cottage are perfect for a long stay. Lots of beautiful antiques give the cottage character and a homely feel. Jean François was really helpful and responded quickly to all our messages and any questions."

House was cosy and comfortable, kitchen had anything you might need. Just a few minutes walk to the square where you could get fresh bread or eat at the local bistro or restaurants. "Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage mit Tiefgarage in Nähe zum Meer und zum Zentrum von La Flotte. Man kann zu Fuß alle Einkäufe erledigen oder Essen gehen. "The accommodation was excellent it met all our needs. There were lots of places to visit on the island and we found enough to do for the week. A little confusion over the leaving time as it says on this site 11 am but on the contract it was 9 am. The owners allowed us to depart at 10 am. I think this could be made clearer. Overall an excellent accommodation."
